I am a ceramic artist living on the beautiful Oregon coast in Astoria, where inspiration can be found everywhere—from misty forests and rugged shorelines to historic landmarks and the wildlife that call this region home. My work is deeply influenced by nature, storytelling, and the belief that everyday objects can be transformed into pieces of art.
Each creation begins as an idea, often inspired by a beloved animal, a whimsical character, a coastal scene, or a moment of wonder. Through sculpting, mold making, slip casting, glazing, and finishing, I bring these visions to life as decorative vessels, vases, bowls, urns, and home décor pieces designed to be both beautiful and meaningful.
I have always been drawn to the eclectic—the place where elegance meets imagination, where realism blends with fantasy, and where traditional craftsmanship embraces modern creativity. Whether I am sculpting a faithful portrait of a cherished pet, a coastal landmark, or a mythical creature from a fairy tale, my goal is the same: to create pieces that spark joy, curiosity, and connection.
